When I took photos from the front, my nose looked wide and stood out so much that seeing only my nose was extremely stressful. I visited while looking around for a clinic for a bulbous-nose consultation. The atmosphere was quieter than expected when I entered. During the consultation, the director immediately examined my nose and looked at the CT to determine whether it was simply a bulbous nose caused by excess soft tissue or whether it was due to the cartilage structure. The director said the surgical plan should be based on the cause. I had assumed it was only because my nostrils were wide, but the tip cartilages were spread apart, so the director said this should be corrected with something like cartilage binding to address the bulbous appearance. The nostrils were indeed wide, so the director said combining nostril reduction would make the before-and-after difference more noticeable. They also explained a surgical method to minimize scarring, which sounded good. The consultation was calm overall, and the explanations were easy to understand because they answered each question carefully. I still plan to visit more clinics, but the consultation itself was quite good.
