I had severe nasal congestion because of rhinitis and a deviated septum for a while, so I wanted to improve the function. While looking into functional nose surgery, I thought that since I was already doing it, I wanted to improve my arrow-shaped nose and crooked nose together, so I looked for hospitals for functional cosmetic rhinoplasty. I had surgery at JㅇJ ENT Hospital. I liked that the director explained everything in detail. I didn’t prepare any questions, but he explained things in detail, so I remember having a pleasant consultation. It’s only been about 2 weeks since the surgery, but after the nose surgery, my image looks completely different lol I preferred a natural look that doesn’t make it obvious I had plastic surgery, and I think the director reflected my opinions well? For the nasal bridge, I used a custom implant, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage was used. Maybe because a custom implant was used, it doesn’t lift or feel detached, so it’s good. For the functional nose surgery, I had correction for deviated septum, rhinitis, and nasal valve. My nasal congestion is better than before too, so it’s comfortable lol I think I got good functional results as well, and they said it will get even better with time, so I’ll wait and see. I’ll bring another review of functional cosmetic rhinoplasty later.
