I had revision rhinoplasty and facial contouring done together at a clinic this time. My nose was already high, but the bridge was a bit too prominent and there was asymmetry, so it gave off a masculine impression. My columella was also short, so it looked stuffy from the front, and my overall face shape looked large, which stressed me out even more;; I was the type who absolutely had to Photoshop my nose and face shape whenever I took photos I went there after seeing reviews saying they were good with bone work, and during the consultation, they made a plan to lower the nasal bridge, correct the asymmetry, and bring the columella down to create a softer impression. Just like the reviews said, I could really feel that they were professional. For the facial contouring, I did not go excessive; I had it done together with the idea of refining the overall shape so my face could look smaller. Right after surgery, the swelling and tightness made it a bit hard, but my recovery was faster than I expected, and it was fascinating to see the lines settle as time passed. Now the masculine feeling my nose used to have is completely gone, so it looks much more natural, and I no longer notice the asymmetry On top of that, once the columella was adjusted too, should I say the impression from the front itself feels different? I’m so satisfied because I feel like my overall image has become softer. My face shape also seems to have narrowed in width, so now I don’t even need Photoshop when I take pictures Doing my nose and facial contouring together really made the change feel obvious, so I think the satisfaction is high. I’m really satisfied too! If you want a clear image change, I totally recommend it
