It has been one month. My nostrils have gotten smaller, and since the alae have been lifted, there is a downside that the philtrum looks longer. I think it would be good to consider philtrum reduction together as well. Since the alae have been lifted, my side profile seems to look more open, and there is no major discomfort, but I am concerned about the scars. Since it has only been one month, I’m going to wait and see. Rather than the philtrum becoming very deeply concave, it is more like a shadow appears when I’m under lighting.
