Why is dermal reinforcement done when removing ear cartilage?.. I really don’t want to put anything else in anymore If the only issue is that it might get wider and spread out, I don’t mind, but if dermis isn’t added on top, could it show through more or something? I’m curious what happens if you don’t do dermal reinforcement.. Is there anyone here who has left the support strut and only removed the ear cartilage?
