I had rhinoplasty with silicone and cartilage about 19 years ago, but starting 2 years ago, the nasal bridge became bumpy and the middle part of my nose started protruding. I haven’t gone for a consultation yet, but I’m looking into clinics because I suspect calcification. I don’t want to make my nose any higher, and I’d like to use autologous costal cartilage. Please recommend a clinic. I’ve been looking around here and there, but there are so many that I’m not sure. Please help!
