I had lower blepharoplasty + eyelid fat grafting + under-eye fat grafting, these 3 areas. For the under-eye area, I had a second fat graft 2 months after the surgery date. My friend’s results turned out so beautifully, so I made a reservation and waited quite a while before having the surgery, but my satisfaction is average. I heard the doctor who operated on me is known as a master surgeon. Maybe because of that, the under-eye bags were removed cleanly, so I’m completely satisfied with that. But the areas where I had fat grafting are just so-so. I guess my expectations were too high. I think I had this feeling of, “Please put me back to how I looked 5 years before surgery...” In that sense my satisfaction is low, but when I think of my face recently, which had suddenly aged a lot, it has improved a lot. Like me, having expectations that are too high is inversely proportional to the outcome... I think this applies in any case.
