It has been 6 weeks since I had double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty with Director Cho Hye-in at To Be Plastic Surgery. My eyes only suit a double eyelid line from an inline to a slightly in-out line, so I had it done thinly. Before the surgery, my upper eyelids made my dark pupils not look round, but after the surgery they look clear and visible, so I’m happy!! Maybe because the line is thin, it doesn’t look like I had double eyelid surgery at all, so people seeing me for the first time don’t know I had it done. I bought scar ointment because I was worried the epicanthoplasty might leave scars, but I had no scarring at all, so I never needed to use the ointment. When I came out after surgery, I thought the line looked high, but after the swelling went down and time passed, it settled so prettily and naturally that my quality of life has really, really improved. Even if I could go back, I think I’d still get the double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty at To Be.
