Nose Re-Surgery

1 local + 2 Seoul consultation reviews: help me choose a clinic

Local 1 CT + palpation Removing silicone + ear cartilage is an easy surgery The capsule is removed only if there is inflammation Suspected Medpor (they said they won’t know until they open the nose) They’ll try to do it closed as much as possible, but if there is Medpor, it has to be open surgery If there is an issue with the nasal tip during surgery, autologous dermis from the buttocks In terms of difficulty itself, it is not a tough or difficult surgery 2.2 million won including VAT Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is 500,000 won for 3 sessions (surgery-patient discount applied)

Seoul 1 Ultrasound + palpation Closed approach, no need to make an incision under the nose They presume there is only silicone + cartilage They didn’t really mention the capsule They stated definitively that there is no Medpor Full sleep anesthesia: anesthesiologist visits (additional fee applies) Surgery time: 1 hour Total time staying there: 3-4 hours 4 million won, regardless of card or cash If I do it, it must be in the afternoon (no possibility of time changes) Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is 100,000 won per session Both the director and staff were kind, but it felt like there wasn’t much detailed explanation

Seoul 2 Same closed approach A place that normally removes the entire capsule They strongly emphasized the importance of cartilage repositioning They presume there is no Medpor However, they said they cannot say that 100% definitively They didn’t look at CT or ultrasound; they looked inside the nose like an ENT + palpation Full sleep anesthesia: no anesthesiologist, the director does it directly... Closed: 1 hour (3.5 million won) Open: 1 hour 30 minutes (5.15 million won) Arrive at 9:30 - go home around 13:00 (if open surgery, go home at 14:00) They said hyperbaric oxygen therapy is just a sales tactic The interior is too much like an old hospital

I think I’ll choose between Seoul 1/2 Seoul 1 didn’t explain things in enough detail Seoul 2 has everything I like, but the interior is so old + the director personally doing the anesthesia is.... Should I go to one more place?... Help me For reference, I don’t have contracture And it has been about 15-16 years since my surgery
