Complete nose implant removal after 10 years (Day 8)

I was prescribed a one-month supply of Rizaben, and they said the perforated area has also filled in well. When I asked whether the capsule and scar tissue had all been removed properly, they said 100% removal is impossible, but they removed as much as possible. They said there are limits even with an open approach. Still, they told me not to worry because it would heal well. When I said, “If it couldn’t be removed 100%, won’t inflammation happen again?” the doctor smiled and said, “God made it so it returns to its best possible state,” so I left the consultation room thinking, okay, I’ll trust them. After coming home, I braced myself (because I had read posts saying it’s shocking to see your face after the splint comes off) and looked at my face without the splint in the mirror. It was literally Avatar itself.. The area between my eyebrows is swollen, and the bridge of my nose is also very puffy. There’s a yellow bruise between my eyebrows, so it looks even flatter. Of course, my original nose didn’t have much contour either ㅠ After taking off the splint, I got needlessly anxious, so I’m doing warm compresses even more diligently! They said dryness is really bad after complete nose implant removal. So the doctor told me to apply ophthalmic ointment frequently, and once I finish that, to apply Fucidin. Starting one month later, they told me to apply scar ointment to the columella! From now on, all that’s left is managing it well on my own..! I’m going to drink a lot of water, keep doing warm compresses diligently, and take supplements and vitamin C properly. To be honest, I haven’t been going for walks because I feel so lethargic. But walking helps swelling go down, so keep that in mind! Maybe because I had always lived satisfied with my face after nose surgery, suddenly having everything removed seems to be making me feel even more depressed.
