It’s only been 7 days since my surgery, but the continued blood pooling doesn’t seem normal, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone. But my original nose was short and low, with no columella, so I like my current nasal tip and want to preserve it, you know? The silicone is 3 mm, and my nasal tip wasn’t raised much, but even in cases like this, if only the silicone is removed, will a step-off form….?
