They said that during my first surgery, they did a septal extension graft and used septal cartilage for the support strut and nasal tip… I had the surgery without knowing anything and without thinking it through. I don’t like the result now either (anyone can tell it’s a surgically done nose). More than anything, my nasal airway is blocked, so I can’t breathe at all through one side, and the other side feels like I can breathe slightly less than before… It’s so stuffy I’m going crazy. I’m breathing through my mouth, so my mouth is getting dry and chapped, it’s a mess. Why is this happening.? If I remove everything, will it get better? Anyone who knows, please tell me.. I really thought I was going crazy for the first month or two after surgery, and now that 6 months have passed and I’m thinking about total removal, I feel mentally overwhelmed again.
