I had Cogelko done twice. The first time, I had it done together on the nasal tip and up to the midline of the nose(?) there, and the second time I had only that area additionally done because the nasal tip was slightly asymmetrical and there was some depression in the middle of the nose. The reason I chose B&Young was that I was scared of rhinoplasty, so I chose the most conservative surgical method possible. The director’s consultation isn’t extremely detailed or specific. Their style is to talk about things overall, so if you like a director who checks every single thing very meticulously, you might be like, “Huh?” Anyway, I’m still satisfied with the surgical result. Since this isn’t surgery that involves inserting an implant, it may look slightly lacking, but I think noses with decent baseline conditions that only need one point touched up will see good results from Cogelko.
