Rather than especially emphasizing an overly new method, the direction was faithful to the basics and prioritized safety, so I was able to listen to the explanation without feeling pressured. They also calmly explained the surgical process and expected results without exaggeration, which actually made me trust them more.
Also, the consultant’s attitude was very kind and gentle, so even though I visited feeling nervous, I was able to talk comfortably. The overall atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, like family rather than a hospital, so I don’t think even first-time visitors would feel much pressure.
