Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery

My eyes are pretty severely uneven, can someone take a look?? (photo attached)

I had double eyelid surgery with natural adhesion!! One eye looks clear and bright, but the other eye feels kind of dull and unfocused?? What surgery should I get to improve the uneven eyes a bit?
