Naturally Refining a Drooping Nasal Tip with Revision Rhinoplasty Using Costal Cartilage!

You know how a nose that was operated on before can get blunter at the tip and suddenly droop downward more and more over time I already had a slight bulbous-nose look, and once even the nasal tip started collapsing, I got so stressed every time I looked in the mirror. Thinking this would really be my last time, I went around for consultations and found Director Kim Dae-hwa at ID Hospital.. What I really, repeatedly emphasized to the doctor was: please absolutely do not make it look artificial or pointy. I just wanted the droopy, blunt parts of my old nose to look naturally refined. He diagnosed that the columellar support needed to be firmly rebuilt with costal-cartilage rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage so it would not droop, so that is what I did..! After the splint came off, I could see the line changing, and from the side, the rounded, heavy-looking nasal tip area that used to fall downward now looks neatly and naturally lifted upward. It is exactly the feeling I wanted There is still some residual swelling, but it really seems like increasing the support with costal-cartilage rhinoplasty was the perfect move. If you are struggling emotionally because you still feel disappointed after your first surgery, do not suffer too much on your own, and definitely go for revision-surgery consultations!
