I went to so many clinics to get away from my arrow-shaped nose, and I finally had revision rhinoplasty. The director was Dr. Kim Dae-hwa, and he explained why my nose looked long and told me in detail what needed to be done for my nose to look pretty, so I started trusting him lol Since it was revision surgery, I kept thinking, “This time, it absolutely can’t fail!” Maybe my worried expression really showed, because even on the day of surgery, the director showed me the design one more time and told me not to worry and that it would go well, so I was really grateful So I had revision rhinoplasty using costal cartilage at the hospital, and it was seriously a huge success lol Until the packing was removed, it was hard to breathe and my nose was very swollen, but after about a week, the swelling went down a lot and breathing became comfortable. I think it was all thanks to the director providing systematic aftercare. And from the second week, I went back to daily life and there wasn’t any major strain. It was really hard to decide on revision surgery, and I worried a lot until the day of the operation, but I think I was able to successfully finish my second nose surgery because I met a good director.
