After my first nose surgery, I developed nasal congestion that I didn’t have before, so sleeping comfortably became impossible..🥲 My quality of life dropped so much that I decided on revision rhinoplasty. The functional issue was a problem, but my nasal tip also felt like it was gradually leaning more and more to the right compared with the beginning, so I worked hard searching for a hospital that was good at improving both aesthetics and function.
I chose ㅈㅇㅈ as a hospital that does both function + aesthetics well, and since the director’s aesthetic sense was also really important to me, I had surgery with the director I consulted with at ㅈㅇㅈ!
The director explained everything very carefully from the consultation, and said that on the CT, my septum was deviated to the right, so my rhinitis must have been severe. They also said the shape of my nasal tip was a little more crooked to the right because of the deviated septum and the way I use my facial muscles. They were confident that if the structure was corrected first, the crooked nasal tip would improve, so I scheduled the surgery date right away!
I had surgery with a custom implant for the nasal bridge + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I had always felt disappointed because my nose looked a bit short for my face, but now even the columella has been made just beautifully, so it gives off such a refined vibe 🫢🫢 I’m so satisfied.
And most of all, breathing has become comfortable functionally, so now I don’t have to make sure to sleep turned on my side anymore It was a success, and everyone around me says I did well getting revision nose surgery haha
