Straight nose success: VN hump nose and bulbous nose correction review

In my twenties, I gradually became more interested in taking care of my appearance, but no matter what I did, my nose just would not improve, so I ended up getting nose surgery at VN. At first I thought about getting a procedure, but as you can see, my nose skin was thick and I had both a hump and a bulbous tip, so they told me honestly that a procedure-only clinic could not really improve it. With procedures, only about 20 to 30 percent can be corrected, and I wanted 100 percent, so in hindsight that was probably obvious lol. So I went around consulting clinics for nose surgery, but most of them recommended inserting silicone, even if it was low, and since the height they suggested ranged from 2 to 4 mm, I started to think that even if I did not care much about height, I would still need silicone. But after the consultation at VN, my mind changed completely. I had never even heard of a surgery called septal extension before, and since I said I did not know much, Dr. Oh Seung-il explained the method in detail and also showed me the size of the septum and photos of noses similar to mine so I could fully understand. Honestly, because it was a surgery method I had never heard of, I was curious but also a little resistant. But after hearing in detail about the method, aftercare, and the surgical process, it made sense. The fact that they could correct the bridge-tip step while making the nose sturdy without using silicone was a huge advantage for me, and lol, hearing that I could also receive swelling management for a month without restrictions is what made me go ahead with the surgery. I wanted a straight nose, and even when we reworked the design before entering surgery, the doctor matched my opinion as much as possible. I never felt uncomfortable during treatment or follow-up checks. The staff were only formally polite, but I was told that surgery should be done by looking at the doctor alone, so I do not regret it lol. Once the bridge starting point was raised and the nose became straight, my whole impression really changed. From the front, my face used to look very wide because of my original nose, but now I often hear that I look sharper. I was not the type to take many photos before lol, but after nose surgery I started wanting to look better, so even when I go out with friends I put more effort into styling myself and make sure to take one or two selfies before coming home lol. That is probably why everyone gets so serious about improving their appearance... Honestly, I do not feel like the swelling management made a huge difference, but I still think it is better than a clinic that does nothing at all lol. Personally, I think the key things in a man's nose are the bridge height, the step between bridge and tip, and the size of the nostrils. In this surgery, I got all three, so it had to be highly satisfying lol.
