A year ago, I had rhinoplasty without an implant to correct a bulbous nose, and now the ear cartilage placed in my nasal tip is showing through. Also, by my standards, my nasal tip seems too upturned (probably because of cartilage tying), so I’m considering full removal and had consultations! I went to 3 places: ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅅㅇ, and I also have an appointment booked at ㅍㄹㅁ!! Maybe because my nose hasn’t had much manipulation, all three places had similar surgical methods(?), but now that I actually have to choose, the doctors’ attitudes were different, so I’m conflicted. At ㅅㅇ, they were confident that they would do the cartilage repositioning well, that it wouldn’t spread out more than before, and that there would be no chance of it drooping more than my original nose. But ㅅㅅㅇ told me that depending on the situation (scar tissue), it could become bulkier than my original nose, the nasal tip could become a bit more upturned or could droop more, etc. When I looked for surgery reviews, they were all private posts If anyone here had surgery at ㅅㅇ or ㅅㅅㅇ, could you please tell me about your experience?(ㄱㅇㅅ was my first consultation, so maybe that’s why they didn’t say much, and I also couldn’t ask many questions!!)
