I’m on day 5 after revision surgery, and the nostril wing area has lifted up into a triangular shape, so it looks like that from the front.. Even if the swelling goes down, that won’t become round, right? The clinic says it’s swelling, but right after surgery it was round, and from a few hours later until now it’s been getting sharper and sharper…..
