If you have experience with breast augmentation surgery, they add 1 million KRW to the regular surgery fee (a part I don’t understand). I was thinking of looking into another hospital because of the price, but the director seemed like he would perform the surgery well, and during the consultation I really got the feeling that he was a true doctor, so I decided to have the surgery. He even prayed with me before the surgery. However, the hospital system is not managed at all. Even when I went for the consultation, despite having an appointment time, I waited an hour, and the surgery was delayed by an hour too. When you’re waiting for surgery, you can hear everything outside, and they were continuously taking consultation clients ㅡㅡ And after the surgery, since it was their time to get off work, it was obvious they were trying to send me home quickly, so even though the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off and I was dizzy, I just came home. Also, I don’t know how the staff do their work, but even before surgery they hadn’t entered my phone number correctly, so I never received any preoperative instructions, and on the day of surgery I had to call and check myself. Turns out the staff had entered my number incorrectly.. A long while after the surgery, the hospital called again, so I answered wondering what it was, and they contacted me while saying someone else’s name. On the day I went to have the stitches removed, they said the director was in surgery again and that the manager would remove the stitches, so they kept me there for over 30 minutes, then the doctor came and quickly removed the rest. Ah, but I don’t know if it’s because of this, but only that area around the nipple has become especially bumpy.. I should have just asked the director to do it. I’ll have to wait and see about this. Anyway, the conclusion is that the doctor is okay, but the rest of the hospital system is really not good. If you think surgery is all that matters, it may be fine, but if you care about the other things too, it probably won’t be great.. I think the hospital system / making people wait by not spacing out reservations enough (consultation waiting is one thing, but delaying surgery time seems too much) needs improvement. At least mine was a simple surgery, so I went ahead with it, but if that’s not the case, think carefully.
