It has been about 2 months since I had ptosis correction and a lateral canthoplasty, and now it feels like everything has settled almost naturally. At first, it looked a little awkward because of the swelling, but now my eye-opening strength has improved, and I can really feel that my eyes look clearer overall. Before, I occasionally heard that I looked a bit sleepy, but these days that impression is almost gone, and people tend to tell me that my overall impression looks much cleaner. I was worried at first because the lateral canthoplasty looked slightly lifted, but now it has stabilized a lot and connects naturally.
There is no overly obvious “I had surgery” look at all; it just feels like my original eyes became a bit clearer, so people around me usually do not really notice. When I take photos, my eyes definitely come out looking clear, so I am highly satisfied.
The clinic also felt trustworthy from the consultation because they pointed out only the necessary areas without seeming to push anything excessively, and I feel like the surgery was done very meticulously. They also checked my progress well, so I recovered without any major anxiety.
I am looking forward to it becoming even more natural as it settles further, and as of now, I am overall satisfied and feel that I made the right decision.
