I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + diagonal canthoplasty at a clinic in Gangnam. When I said I wanted an in-out line, they recommended canthoplasty. There is a slight scar left, but.. the canthoplasty definitely made my eyes look more open and refreshed. The line is not extremely natural yet, but I think after a few more months it will become as natural as I wanted. And now that I have double eyelids, doing eye makeup is definitely more fun lol I recommend it
