I had incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty at a clinic. I didn’t want a style that looked too obvious, so after the consultation, we proceeded in a direction that would make my eyes look naturally more defined. In the beginning, there was quite a lot of tightness and stiffness, and the epicanthoplasty area felt dry, so I used artificial tears a lot. The swelling also didn’t go down quickly, so at first I was a little worried every time I looked in the mirror. Now it has become much more comfortable, and the overall impression is settling in naturally, but as of now there is a little left-right asymmetry. On the left, the line is slightly visible, while on the right, the line is still barely visible, so it is asymmetric. Since it has not been 6 months yet, I’m continuing to watch it because it may be part of the recovery process and it changes a little every day. Overall, I think it has the natural look I wanted.
