I had surgery quite a long time ago (almost 7 years ago). I had ptosis correction on one eye and a partial-incision double eyelid surgery, but the lines were slightly uneven. Since my eyes were originally uneven too and it was a subtle difference, I could let that pass, but the ptosis correction wasn’t done well, so my left eye was noticeably smaller. On top of that, as time went by, maybe it loosened, and the asymmetry kept getting worse, so I eventually had revision surgery somewhere else. I probably should have had an upper canthoplasty too, but they didn’t recommend it, and I think the left side was undercorrected. I had revision surgery somewhere else now, and it failed again hahahaha
