1-Month Progress After 3D Custom Revision Rhinoplasty

I have a fairly round face, so even when I had my first rhinoplasty, I preferred a natural-looking feel! But because my nose was small and my skin was thin, after my first rhinoplasty it had a strong pointed look🥹 As time passed, the swelling went down and the skin became thinner, and that actually made it look even more pronounced.. And since everyone has some left-right asymmetry, I know it’s hard to make everything perfectly even, but I had surgery to improve a deviated septum and a shifted nasal tip. Still, it felt like there was some overall crookedness left, so after thinking about it for over a year, I decided to have revision rhinoplasty,,! Considering the time, the money I spent, and the pain,, haha I really never wanted to have nose surgery again, so I searched very thoroughly! Every nose I thought was pretty turned out to be in reviews for Director Kim Hyun-joo!! So I had consultations at RU Plastic Surgery as well as all the hospitals recommended to me by people around me! RU Plastic Surgery was the last one, and while I couldn’t feel certain during consultations at the other hospitals, after consulting here I made a reservation on the same day and left🙇🏻‍♀️ I had revision rhinoplasty using 3D custom Innofit + autologous costal cartilage + fascia obtained during the costal cartilage harvest. From the pre-op consultation, I could feel the director’s confidence, and because she explained the materials and surgical method in detail, I felt I could trust her. Even after surgery, she came to the recovery room to check on me, and follow-up visits were much more frequent than at other hospitals! It felt like any issues could be noticed quickly if they came up, and I could also feel that she was trying to take detailed care of all her patients, so I felt really reassured even after the surgery haha It’s still only one month after surgery, so there is some minor residual swelling, but I’m so happy because I got the plump + rounded feel I kept mentioning right up until the day of surgery! My side profile line also looks much more refined, and it improved into the straight-with-slight-curve line I wanted, so I’m recovering while treating my nose with great care!!
