It’s already been 3 months since I had bulbous nose correction surgery + nasolabial angle correction rhinoplasty! Time really seems to fly haha. I originally had quite a severe bulbous nose, and my nasolabial angle was narrow, so from the side my mouth looked like it was protruding. So I had bulbous nose correction and nasolabial angle correction done together, and I can definitely feel the difference. Especially after the nasolabial angle correction, my side profile looks more refined, my mouth looks set back, and the angle of my nasal tip has lifted naturally, so my side profile line looks much prettier. Before, I was self-conscious about my side profile when taking photos, but now whenever I look in the mirror, I like my side profile so much that I keep looking at it for no reason haha. The effect of the bulbous nose correction is also clear, so as my previously round and wide-looking nasal tip became more refined, my nose feels much slimmer. I think there is still a little swelling left at the nasal tip, but I can see the swelling going down, so I’m much less worried now. For those considering bulbous nose correction + nasolabial angle correction rhinoplasty, I think the improvement in the side profile is really significant. I’m very satisfied so far, and I’m looking forward to it because I think the line will become even prettier once more of the nasal tip swelling goes down haha.
