I had to go to work too, and since my body is weak, rather than having surgery several times, I looked for a place where breast augmentation + accessory breast removal + Mammotome lump removal could all be done at once. A breast surgery director recommended MD, so that’s how I came here lol. It’s not that they’re an acquaintance; I asked first whether they knew a place that could do them together, and that’s how I found out.
When choosing the hospital, what I looked at was that there was only one doctor and that the doctor had a lot of experience. I thought safety was the most important, and I decided after seeing that there were many revision surgery reviews.
I got Motiva 335 cc Preserve through an inframammary incision, and since there was no drain, it was definitely comfortable. Being able to go to work the next day was such a huge benefit, but honestly, the breast surgery itself was only a little uncomfortable until day 4. Judging by the area, I think that was probably because of the Mammotome.
But for the accessory breast area, I also had accessory nipples and the area was really wide, so they made a fairly large incision, and it hurt quite a bit in the beginning

There’s still swelling that hasn’t gone down well, so they’re still very firm, but I was told they’ll get softer. I got them to a D-cup size, and at first I was like, wow, they’re big, but now that I’ve gotten used to them, I also wonder if I should’ve gone bigger haha.
Honestly, I did feel like I looked into it a bit urgently, so I checked the aftercare part late, after surgery But these days, while receiving care, I feel like they’re paying a lot of attention, so my satisfaction is high. I searched for reviews here and there, and maybe because my skin is weak, I really like this bra. I had always used only seamless hems anyway (because the elastic seam allowance caused skin peeling issues), and because I have tape allergy, my skin got a bit wounded At first, my skin got rubbed badly by the compression bandage, but after wearing this bra, the discomfort went down completely. I worry a lot, so I keep asking all sorts of questions, and they answer well and are kind. But it’s not an overly intense kind of friendliness, so I think it feels more comfortable.
Honestly, the director doesn’t really give off that kind of vibe, but after surgery, when he saw my breasts, he seemed so satisfied with them himself that I was dumbfounded. I was anxious, but he was in a good mood by himself, so I was like, what is this? But as time passes, I’m satisfied too.
