It still feels vivid how nervous I was going around for consultations, but it’s finally been one month since the surgery~! I used to worry every time I got dressed that my chest would look too flat, but now I’m gradually getting used to having breasts haha. I had about 4 hospitals as candidates, and after narrowing them down through detailed consultations, I chose Winne. Director Kim Ui-geon showed me everything I was curious about regarding implants, the surgical process, etc., and explained everything in detail. Since he has a lot of experience, he consulted with me in a relaxed way, so even though I’m easily scared, I was able to trust him and decide. Above all, in surgery reviews he was famous as the “god of pain-free surgery” and for short surgery times, so as someone who had undergone another surgery before, I trusted him the most. I especially liked the part where he explained why a short surgery time is important and how, with precise technique, surgery can be performed in a short amount of time. I went to the consultation with my husband, and of course we were worried and had a lot of questions, but even though we asked many things, he explained everything in detail and clearly said no to the parts that weren’t possible, which my husband said actually made him trust him more than other hospitals. - As expected, the surgery ended quickly, and even though it was through the transaxillary incision, after about 3 days my recovery really started picking up speed. My friend who had surgery at another clinic before had to really rest for a full week, so I thought, surgery really is about technique..! I wanted naturally pretty breasts that suited my body type, so I had 300 cc inserted on the left and 340 cc on the right, and since my tissue is on the firm side, I chose Motiva, which has a slightly similar feel~ As weeks 1 and 2 passed, I could use my arms better and better, and the tingling sensations in my breasts are almost gone, so now that I’m at one month, I’m comfortably just doing arm stretches. Wearing the compression bra for a month was a bit uncomfortable, but switching to a sports bra feels much better^^ In the beginning, it’s important for the shape to settle well, so I think it was still a manageable amount of time haha. Compared to right after surgery, the upper fullness has come down a lot, and the texture is gradually improving, though it’s still on the firm side~ Since the progress is good, I’m looking forward to that improving more too. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can try on spring and summer clothes^^
