10 years ago, I had nose surgery (slightly shaved down a dorsal hump, silicone on the nasal bridge + ear cartilage in the nasal tip), done naturally, but after I lost weight, the nasal tip started showing through so much.. I’m thinking of removing the cartilage because of the cartilage showing through at the nasal tip.. If the cartilage is removed, can the nose look longer too..?? I have a long midface type, so I’m worried my nose might look even longer
