Today is day 20 after surgery. The inflammation still isn’t under control, so tomorrow they’ll probably bring up irrigation or removal, and I want to have it removed because the emotional stress has been so severe. But when I searched early removal in this community, I realized I don’t know anything. There are so many methods like complete removal, cartilage repositioning, cartilage tying? and so on. If I want to go back to my original nose, do I need complete removal, or do I need cartilage tying or to leave the nasal tip? I don’t know what anything means, and I feel like I’m going crazy. I really want to stop crying. Could someone please explain removal to me, as if you’re saving a person’s life ..?
