I mainly went around Seomyeon in Busan. Flashy or semi-flashy X I definitely want somewhere natural, so I narrowed it down. My first surgery was 14 years ago somewhere in Haeundae(?) and my second surgery was at ㅅ ㅍ in Seomyeon. I told them I wanted the nasal tip to be rounded, but it turned out pointed no matter who looks at it, and cartilage also started showing through white at the nasal tip.....;;;;; Ah, I’m devastated
1. May Plastic Surgery - Director ㅎㅈ -> Fill the nasal bridge step-off with ear cartilage -> After removing the cartilage that is raising the nasal tip, widen it by placing nasal cartilage over the septal support strut. Use MegaDerm on the nasal tip if needed -> Correct the crooked nose with osteotomy
2. New Line Plastic Surgery - Director ㅅㅎㄷ -> Haven’t gone for a consultation yet
3. Rio Plastic Surgery - Director ㅇㅌㅎ -> If doing osteotomy for the crooked nose, side effects such as indentation or pinching may appear. My bones are thin, so it’s risky (no crooked nose correction) -> They said the cause of the show-through is the septal support strut, so the nasal tip cartilage needs to be removed + the height of the strut needs to be lowered (they said the nasal tip would be lowered by about 3 mm) -> The nasal bridge step-off would be supplemented using dermis
4. Four Season - Director ㅈㄱ -> Haven’t gone for a consultation yet
5. A/S at the place where I had it done
I did go for consultations at numbers 1 and 3. The surgical methods are completely different, so I’m a bit torn. Honestly, to fix the show-through, I think the fundamental cause has to be removed, so I’m a bit more drawn to the consultation with the director at Rio.. The consultation at May was good too, but I’m worried because it seems like they would need to harvest ear cartilage, do osteotomy, and do a lot of manipulation, so it became my second choice. Has anyone here had surgery at Rio or May? Besides the four places above, is there anywhere else worth going to? And are those four places okay...? No large hospitals or advertising, please. It’s because I really don’t want to open up my nose anymore.. I really want this to be my last surgery ㅠㅠㅠ I truly have no more greed about my nose now
