I had nose surgery at Top Tier Plastic Surgery. As I was deciding on surgery, the most important thing to me was absolutely making it look "natural," so I looked up reviews and went around for consultations. As a result, I thought Director Cho Yong-jin at Top Tier was the best match for the direction I was pursuing. He shaped it so it harmonizes best with my face, and he also performed the surgery beautifully without losing the natural look that I emphasized the most. Thanks to getting a nasal bridge that I didn’t have before, my face looks slimmer too, so except for close acquaintances, even people who already knew me just think I lost weight if I don’t tell them :) Since my biggest goal was to make it look natural without being obvious, and my side profile became so pretty with nasolabial angle correction, I’m quite satisfied with the surgical result!
