It’s not perfectly identical to the celebrity photos, but I feel like they did the best that could possibly come out of my nose. I’m 3 months post-op from hump nose osteotomy, columella correction, and nostril reduction, and I think the almost-final result? is out now. More than anything else, I’m happiest that the shape came out well. I was debating whether to do functional nose surgery too, but I just had cosmetic surgery at a plastic surgery clinic, and I like it.
