First, I had a consultation with the coordinator, then with the surgeon. The surgeon was professional and calm. At first we looked at the CT...? together and they photoshopped it onto a sample so we could look at the shape together. At first they did not know it was for removal, but once I showed the nose shape I wanted, they understood and immediately switched to a removal plan and also corrected the shape. From a shape perspective, I liked it. Total removal, cartilage repositioning, and support for the tip cartilage with Megaderm.
