I went to the clinic for a follow-up, and they said the contraction phase is starting now. If you look from the side, there’s definitely a step-off between the nasal tip and the bridge, right? I can see it clearly too.. haha... Sometimes the line looks smooth, but other times it looks bumpy like that... Still, it’s much more natural than my operated nose, and if it heals just like this, I think I’ll feel more satisfied than dissatisfied. The scar on the columella does seem to be fading a bit more slowly than after my first surgery, but aside from that, I’m satisfied! I’m just hoping the contraction phase passes well. Still, since I don’t have to worry about side effects from the foreign material anymore, I feel at ease. That’s the best part..
