At a previous crazy clinic, they cut out almost my entire nasal septum, so I was told that if I want nasal reconstruction, the only option is to reinforce the septum with autologous costal cartilage and reposition the nasal tip. But the price is really absurdly expensive. If anyone has had a consultation for autologous costal cartilage septal reinforcement, could you share what the price was at the time.. And could you tell me whether this is a normal price.. I really feel like I’m losing my mind..
