A said costal cartilage is definitely necessary, and that they would harvest a little ear cartilage... + AlloDerm B said depending on the situation, 2 pieces of costal cartilage, or costal cartilage + ear cartilage, and MegaDerm for the nasal tip
The place that ruined me before says they’ll trim the ear cartilage again and add dermis on top...
Because it was a bulbous nose, I had cartilage tying, osteotomy, hump correction, and alar reduction. After the alar reduction, I don’t know if they didn’t suture it properly, but the skin got stuck together;;ㅜ
