It’s been 13 years since I had rhinoplasty with silicone and septal cartilage. I was worried because my nasal tip was upturned. Originally, they said they would probably need to harvest ear cartilage and work on the nasal tip, but after opening it up, it was clean with no inflammation, and the septal cartilage was usable, so they solved it well with what was already there. Originally, they said the surgery time would be about an hour to an hour and a half, but it finished in 40 minutes. Other people didn’t really notice, but every time I looked in the mirror, the upturned nasal tip stressed me out so much, so I asked them to bring it down well so my nostrils wouldn’t show. My nose is swollen, but other than that my face didn’t swell at all, and I didn’t get any bruising at all …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
