I expected the scar from the incision under my nose, so I’ve been really careful about applying scar cream, but unexpectedly, a scar formed inside my nose.. Because my nose kept running, I was wiping it and couldn’t pay close attention... It’s just formed as a scar that looks like it was joined together with some kind of white flesh. Has anyone had this get better over time..? I’m scared it’ll settle like this, what should I do..?
