Just finished surgery... hehe

I just got back from nose implant removal surgery. The anesthesia hasn’t fully worn off yet, so my writing might be a little weird, but please just bear with me. For my nose, I had used ear cartilage and silicone, but the amount of ear cartilage used was really so tiny that it was almost like barely any was used, so the doctor said a closed approach would also be possible. They said the difference between an open and closed approach is that with an open approach, they can tie the nasal tip a bit more securely, which can help prevent the nose from becoming broad and spread out. They said with a closed approach, they can also gather the nasal tip, but they can’t tie it as securely as with an open approach. Since my first surgery was done with an open approach, I just said I’d do it open. When you go into the operating room and lie down, they trim your nose hairs and disinfect the area. They also played music, and a song I like came on, so I felt good lololol. After the disinfection was done, the nurse said, “Once the director comes in, we’ll start the sleep anesthesia,” and a little later the director came in. Then a few seconds later, when I woke up, I found myself mumbling something lolololol. And then the surgery was over. Excluding the anesthesia time, it took about 1 hour. I heard they wake you up for the final suturing, so maybe they woke me up to do the sutures and I just kept mumbling lolololol. Then I just got up, came out of the operating room, listened to some explanations, got my prescription, and left. It felt like it ended even earlier than I expected, so I was even more flustered... lololol. There wasn’t anything wrong, but now that I’ve taken everything out, I feel so relieved. I’ll come back and write another review in a few days.
