I’m about 3 weeks post-removal surgery. The depressed area of the nasal tip was slightly reinforced with autologous dermis, and my nasal tip looks more gathered and more defined than my original nose. Later, as the swelling goes down and it settles, does it spread out more? Or does it look even more defined? It’s been 3 weeks, but my nose looks much smaller, so I’m wondering if it can get bigger as it spreads out more... or if it gets even smaller as the swelling goes down.
