In the first photo, when I first had surgery, my nose shape was completely asymmetrical. At that time, I had nose surgery with L-shaped silicone and ear cartilage. The second photo is after complete nasal implant removal and cartilage repositioning. Even when I had surgery, the nostril on the right side as seen in the photo looked smaller, and even after removal, it still shows a similar pattern.. My columella was also crooked, and even after revision surgery it seems like that’s still the case, sigh.. Even if the swelling goes down, will it become even a little more balanced? Or will it become more asymmetrical?
