Nose Re-Surgery

Differences in correction methods for a deviated columella (ㄱㅇㅅ vs ㅍㄹㅁ)

As in the photo, ever since my last, third surgery 3 years ago (nasal tip with ear cartilage), my columella has become very deviated, and my nostril asymmetry is severe I’m confused because ㄱㅇㅅ and ㅍㄹㅁ have different opinions on how to correct it, so I’m asking for opinions!! ㄱㅇㅅ said that, like adding a support to straighten a bent tree, it needs to be tied and supported upright using firm donated costal cartilage, or if I don’t want donated rib cartilage, using ear cartilage. ㅍㄹㅁ said that just releasing the alar cartilage that was tied during the last surgery could restore it by 70-80%, even if not 100%. Theoretically, I think ㄱㅇㅅ is right, but I don’t want to harvest additional cartilage, so I’m leaning back toward ㅍㄹㅁ.. Can just releasing the alar cartilage really improve the deviated columella and pinched nose a lot? I’m also curious whether it might deviate again over time.
