It’s been almost a year since my surgery now. The septal extension graft still feels tight and pulling, and my airway has become narrower, so breathing is uncomfortable too. From early after the surgery, I really wanted to have it removed, so I started going for consultations from month 5, but I haven’t been able to get the surgery yet because I couldn’t find the courage. But since I’m going to do it no matter when, I’m thinking of just closing my eyes and going through with the surgery. If I remove the septal cartilage, does the foreign-body sensation go away right away and does the nose feel comfortable? Breathing too? I don’t have silicone, but because of my nasal tip, I feel like I’m going to lose my mind
