It’s been over a year since my first nose surgery. They didn’t even use ear cartilage, just silicone for the bridge, and said they would create the shape only by repositioning my nasal cartilage, so I worried, what if it settles too quickly? But it really turned into a pretty nose that looks so natural, like I had it done but also like I didn’t. At first, I thought it looked too natural and wondered if it had failed, but when people meeting me for the first time ask if I had my nose done, if I play dumb and say I didn’t, they just say they thought I had and move on casually. If I had made it any higher than this, it probably would have looked obvious to anyone that I had my nose done. The consultant was really kind, and the staff all had a welcoming atmosphere.
