It’s been one month since my rhinoplasty, so I’ll write a quick review! About 4 years ago, I had cartilage binding and alar reduction, but my blunt nasal tip still wasn’t fixed... So in the end, I decided to have full-on rhinoplasty. This time, I really wanted to create a refined straight-to-slightly-curved nasal line, so I had both the bridge and tip done! My nose is on the low and short side, but only the tip was especially blunt After consulting with Dr. Log, I decided to use a 3D custom implant and autologous costal cartilage! They were expensive materials, but I decided because I hated the idea of needing revision surgery even more After the splint was removed, I was shocked when I saw my nose, but it was swelling, and now that it’s been a month, a lot of it has gone down. There’s still swelling left, but unlike before, my nasal tip has become much slimmer, so I’m happy. The clinic said the residual swelling will go down more, so I’m looking forward to that too. There’s still some discomfort in daily life. I can’t wash my face like before, and I can’t really do exfoliating care either, sob sob Also, the columella area still feels tight, and my nose still doesn’t feel like it’s mine. They said these symptoms will gradually improve, so I think waiting is the only answer. Still, I’m happy I finally escaped my blunt nasal tip. I hope everyone has a successful surgery!

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewMar 11 Nose surgery using only nasal cartilage + paranasal augmentation
