It has been more than a year since my first nose surgery. They did not use ear cartilage, only silicone for the bridge, and said they would shape it only by repositioning the nasal cartilage, so I wondered if it would settle down too quickly, but it turned out to be a really natural and pretty nose, almost like I had not had surgery at all. At first I thought it was too natural and maybe a failure, but when people who had never seen me before asked whether I had had my nose done, I would casually deny it and they would just assume I had not. It was enough that if I had made it higher than this, anyone could tell at a glance that I had had nose surgery
