About 13 years ago, I had nose surgery at ㄹㅈ, a hospital that no longer exists, but the result was really bad, so 10 years ago I had the implant completely removed at ㅅㅅㅇ. Right now there’s nothing in my nose, but I want to have nose surgery again. I’ve had consultations at ㅊㅁ / ㅇㄷ / ㅈㅇㅌ / ㅁㅇㄷ / ㄹㅂㄹ / ㅇㅇ, and I’m planning to go to ㄷㄴ / ㅎㅇㅇㄷ. My nose has a bit of an upturned look with visible nostrils + a bulbous nose feel. ㅇㅇ’s nose shapes look so pretty in photos, but I’m worried about whether my nose could really turn out like that too. Right now I’m a little drawn to ㅊㅁ, but I’m curious why there are so many implant-removal reviews there and not many revision-surgery reviews. Still, someone I know had surgery at ㅊㅁ and is satisfied, so I’m even more torn. At ㅇㄷ, they said during the consultation that they wouldn’t place an implant…! I did like that they seemed principled, but since I’m going through with surgery, part of me also wants to have an implant placed, so I’m conflicted. I went for a consultation at ㄹㅂㄹ, but they quoted such a high price that I don’t think I’ll do it there. ㅁㅇㄷ has pretty nose shapes, but they recommended osteotomy + nostril reduction as well, so it felt a bit excessive and I don’t think I’ll do it there. Could anyone recommend a hospital that’s good at revision nose surgery? 🙏
